XpatCloud is an independent service platform that helps businesses manage foreign-workforce services in the Maldives. It connects service requests, recruitment, employee records, documents, operational progress, invoices and payments in one workspace.
XpatCloud is primarily designed for businesses and employers operating in the Maldives that recruit, employ or manage foreign workers.
No. XpatCloud is an independent service platform. It is not Maldives Immigration, a government ministry, oneGov or the official Xpat Online System.
No. Government permits, visas, quotas and approvals are issued by the relevant Maldives authorities. XpatCloud can coordinate and support applicable service processes but cannot issue or guarantee government approval.
The current platform is primarily designed around employers and their authorized company users. Contact XpatCloud if you are unsure whether we can assist with your situation.
No. Known public pricing can be reviewed before creating an account. An account is required when you want to save work, continue a configuration, submit a request or access company information.
XpatCloud has three service families: Recruit Workers, On-Demand Services and Managed Workforce. Only services that have been formally configured and made available appear online.
A business can describe its worker requirements, review known pricing, submit a recruitment request, respond to XpatCloud’s review, review presented candidates and follow progress through arrival and recruitment completion.
No. A submitted request initially becomes Awaiting XpatCloud Review. Recruitment starts only after the required commercial review, acceptance and applicable payment conditions are completed.
These are approved standalone services for a specific need. Available services appear in the catalogue. If none have been published, the page shows a clear unavailable state rather than offering an unapproved service.
Managed Workforce is an annual service arrangement for ongoing workforce support. Its monthly per-employee amount is a pricing reference; the commercial commitment is a 12-month annual fee.
Quota Slot Management is an optional Managed Workforce add-on. It is separate from On-Demand Services and separate from government quota charges.
You can contact XpatCloud to discuss the requirement, but contacting us does not guarantee that the service is available or approved for online delivery.
A draft is private saved work that you can return to later. It does not start delivery, create an invoice or become a submitted request. A request is created only when you formally submit the configuration to XpatCloud.
Yes. Public pricing and commercial estimates are presented in MVR unless a page explicitly states otherwise.
It shows current known prices available from the authoritative pricing system. Variable or unconfirmed costs are labelled Quoted separately, not shown as zero.
The commercial picture can distinguish XpatCloud fees, government or statutory charges, deposits, embassy or overseas costs, third-party costs and optional add-ons. These are not silently treated as the same type of charge.
No. It is an estimate based on the information and rates available at that time. Pricing is recalculated when you continue after signing in, and changed amounts must be reviewed before submission.
The amount may depend on information that is not yet available, an external provider, nationality, operational circumstances or staff confirmation. It does not mean the item is free.
Yes. A draft does not lock current rates. XpatCloud recalculates the price using the authoritative rates when required and shows changes for review.
No. Accepted commercial pricing and invoices are separate. An invoice is created only when an actual payable obligation becomes due.
No. Issued invoices and their source commercial snapshots preserve their historical amounts. New effective rates apply to applicable future calculations and do not silently rewrite past invoices.
Choose Create account, enter your details, create a secure password and complete email verification. You can then create or join an appropriate company workspace.
Do not create a duplicate company. Ask an authorized company administrator to invite your verified client account, or contact XpatCloud for guidance.
No. You can explore services and save drafts first. XpatCloud asks for the specific company information and documents required for the chosen service and stage.
Yes. Authorized users can invite existing verified client accounts and assign controlled company roles. Each person should use their own account.
Use the company selector to choose the correct workspace. Always check the active company before entering information, uploading documents or submitting a request.
Use Forgot your password? on the Sign In page and follow the secure recovery instructions.
You may be using the wrong company workspace, your role may not have permission, the company or membership may be inactive, the action may not be available at the current stage, or your session may have expired.
The request is sent for XpatCloud review. XpatCloud may accept it, decline it, request clarification or propose an updated commercial revision.
Sign in and open Home, Services or Requests. The relevant page shows the current status, what happens next and whether your company or XpatCloud needs to act.
XpatCloud is handling the current step. Do not submit the same information again unless the page specifically asks you to act.
Open the related request and provide the requested information. If a colleague has already responded, refresh the page before submitting another response.
The current secure upload rules support PDF files up to 10 MB and JPEG or PNG images up to 8 MB. The system validates the actual file type and security state.
File-security checking and business verification are separate. A file may first be checked for safe handling and then reviewed against the relevant business requirement.
The file may have an unsupported type, exceed the size limit, be damaged, fail its security check or not satisfy the business requirement. Read the displayed reason and avoid repeatedly uploading the same rejected file.
No. Use XpatCloud’s secure upload area when the platform or an authorized XpatCloud representative asks for the document.
Confirm that you are in the correct company workspace and have the required permission. Employee records appear after the controlled recruitment handoff. Candidate information appears only through the authorized recruitment-review process.
An invoice is created only when a confirmed payable obligation is ready. An estimate, accepted price, future payment stage or submitted request is not automatically an invoice.
No. A reported payment must be reviewed, confirmed and applied before it affects the invoice balance.
Use the secure payment-proof upload area attached to the appropriate invoice or payment. Do not send sensitive payment evidence through ordinary email unless XpatCloud specifically provides an approved method.
XpatCloud is checking the reported payment and supporting information. Do not submit the same payment again.
Yes. Confirmed payments may partially settle an invoice. The remaining amount continues to appear as outstanding.
A receipt becomes available after the payment is confirmed. If a confirmed payment has no visible receipt, contact XpatCloud and include the payment reference.
Check whether the payment is still under review, was only partially applied or could not be confirmed. Contact XpatCloud with the invoice and payment references rather than submitting a duplicate.
No. Never provide your XpatCloud password, one-time verification code, eFaas credentials or government-system password to anyone.
Maldives Immigration states that official Work Visa applications are submitted through the government’s Xpat Online System. XpatCloud is separate from that official system.
No. Outcomes depend on the applicable service requirements, available candidates, third parties and decisions of the relevant Maldives authorities.
The platform is designed around separate company workspaces and controlled user permissions. Users should still confirm the active company before entering or uploading information.
Include your name, company name, a short explanation and the relevant XpatCloud reference if available. Do not include passwords, OTPs, full passport copies or unnecessary sensitive information.
Still need help?
